Below is a helpful list of items that you may want to gather and bring with you when you meet with us to make the loan application process go smoothly.


If you are employed by someone else:

  • One month of the most recent pay stubs for each borrower
  • Most recent year Federal Tax Returns for each borrower
  • Most recent year W-2 for each borrower
  • Most recent Bank or Investment Statements for any assets you want included for each borrower
  • Each borrower will bring their valid, non-expired, government issued driver’s license or state issued I.D. when meeting with our loan officer
  • Most recent statement or Letter of Award of any SS, Pension, or other income you want included for each borrower
  • Non-expired Proof of Insurance (For vehicle or real estate loans)
  • Signed Purchase Contract (For purchase loans)

If you are self-employed:

  • Most current year AND previous two (2) years complete Federal Tax Returns for each borrower
  • 1099’s for each year above for each borrower
  • Most recent Bank or Investment Statements for any assets you want included for each borrower
  • Each borrower will bring their valid, non-expired, government issued driver’s license or state issued I.D. when meeting with our loan officer
  • Most recent statement or Letter of Annual Award of any SS, Pension, or other income you want included for each borrower
